Recently we had our first co-host podcast with Kris Maday, another PA involving in podcasting.  The podcast we teamed up on can be found on the PAINE Podcast here and the TOTAL EM podcast here.  What makes the PAINE blog and podcast so unique is that it is helping get PAs ready for their PANCE and PANRE but is from a leading educator in the PA world.

Kris Maday is all about PA education.  Currently located in Birmingham, Alabama, he holds a faculty position at the University of Alabama at Birmingham's PA Program.  He has practiced in a variety of settings including emergency medicine, trauma/burns, surgery, critical care, medical nutrition, nutritional support, and urgent care.

Hehas designed the PAINE Podcast and Medical Blog to help physician assistants master the information from the NCCPA blueprint so they can pass the PANCE/PANRE.  It is meant to be a FREE resource (in true FOAMed spirit) so busy students and professionals can listen to the podcast and then come to the blog for the show notes and references.

Although his blog and podcast is relatively new, the quality is strong.  His voice is easy to listen to and the podcast continues to develop quickly with time.  Definitely listen to this podcast even if you are not a PA as there are many things you will learn.  Remember not only to visit his site here but also see him on Twitter here.
