Under the Gregorian calendar, today is the first day of 2019. Many are making resolutions and there are ways to add this can implemented into your role in medicine. This is a New Year so take on something new and grow.
For 2019 (or any year for that matter), we should make goals and resolutions that will make us better clinicians. If you are having a hard time coming up with some, consider these examples:
No matter what way you develop yourself over the next year, make sure that you are constantly learning. The day you stop learning is the day you need to quit. A quick side note, we are trying to keep doing the weekly posts and podcasts. However, as time moves on there are sometimes periods where that becomes more difficult. If, for example as a resolution, you are wanting to get into medical education this may be an outlet for you. We would love to have more guests and people to help expand.
