Major Jonathan Monti, PA-C is our first SEMPA 360 posting from the recent 2017 conference. We were able to talk to a variety of people at the conference thanks to the staff there and we truly appreciate their help. For the first time ever, SEMPA had what they call the "EMPA of the Year" award and this went to the very deserving Major Monti. We had the exclusive chance to interview him immediately after the award and his thoughts are included here.
In addition to SEMPA's coverage of this award,the US Army also posted and this is where we received our picture of Jon's award. Jon is more involved in academics today and has been working hard at it including this recent publication. Additional papers he has been cited in can befound here. You can also find Jon on social media such as LinkedIn where you can further see his impressive credentials. In all, this was a great interview but you should listen to the podcast to find out more about what was said.
You may have noticed background noise and this was because of the location of the interview. A handy little microphone did an excellent job and this was at a noisy conference.
